Ikue Otani là một nữ diễn viên và ca sĩ giọng nói người Nhật Bản, nổi tiếng nhất với việc cung cấp giọng nói của Pikachu trong Pokémon. Cô đã nghỉ thai từ công việc của mình từ tháng 1 đến tháng 5 năm 2006, nhưng tín dụng giọng nói của cô dành cho Pikachu không thay đổi, vì giọng nói của cô đã được ghi lại nhiều lần.
